Ingrid Tegnér is an artist working with handmade paper, encaustic, photography and installations. She now lives and works in California and has lived in Maryland, Washington State, Utah and Sweden. Her work has been shown at the Riverside Art Museum in Riverside, California, the Nave Museum in Victoria, Texas and at the Southwest School of Art in San Antonio.
